“We are all apprentices in a craft where no one ever becomes a master.”
-Ernest Hemingway

It’s never too late to find your strengths and amplify them.

Recently, I came across YouScience, a college and career readiness platform that uses engaging quizzes and short assessments to help students uncover their natural aptitudes and connect them to real career pathways. It blends solid aptitude data with self-reported interests to point kids toward best-fit futures. And, it provides solid insights into their young minds.

It’s pretty slick. Our kids took it, and even though I’m years out of college, I did it too. The results helped sharpen my thinking, and now our kids have meaningful, personalized data as they move into college and high school.

The reminder for me: never stop learning, and always seek to better understand how you are uniquely wired. When you know your strengths, you don’t just follow a path - you can better design one you were meant to be on.
